Camtel takes steps to limit risks of optical fibre disruptions

State-owned operator Cameroon Telecommunications (Camtel) said its undertaking action to cut the risks of disruption to fibre services and ensure full time network availability, reports Business in Cameroon. The company says it has already launched a campaign to raise awareness among shareholders and engaged in talks with project developers. This is to ensure that they include the relocation of the network in the execution of work that prejudices the company and its customers.
