Canada telecom complaint numbers rise amid lockdowns, led by Bell

Canada's Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS) received over 17,000 complaints from consumers between 1 August 2020 and 31 July 2021, about internet, phone and TV services. The number represents an increase of 9 percent from the year before, according to the CCTS's annual report. The commission said it solved nearly 9 out of 10 of the complaints.
