Canada's CRTC orders Bell to stop anti-competitive behaviour

Canadian regulator CRTC has given an opinion on Videotron''s complaints about Bell blocking access to its support structure, saying Bell has contravened many regulations and deliberately violated the Telecommunications Act. As a result, the CRTC has told Bell to complete, at its own cost, the make-ready work required under applications for access permits.
