Canada's telecom, TV customer complaints up 57% in year to July

The number of complaints received by the Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services (CCTS)  from Canadian telecom and TV customers rose 57 percent in the year to July 2018, following an 11 percent increase the previous year. Canadians complained most often about non-disclosure of information, accounting for almost 15 percent of all issues raised across all service types.
