Bell announced the regulator's order will have an around CAD 100 million impact, Rogers plans a charge of CAD 140 million to account for the retroactive cut in rates, Videotron estimates the retroactive cost at CAD 50 million, Shaw will take a charge of CAD 10 million in its next quarterly results, and Cogeco said it will cost the company CAD 25 million.
