Canal 11 to launch in May on 3 Portuguese pay-TV platforms

Portuguese football channel Canal 11 will launch in May on pay-TV platforms Meo, NOS and Vodafone, with negotiations underway with Nowo. The news was confirmed by Nuno Santos, who said the goal is to also expand coverage beyond Portugal, mainly to countries with large Portuguese communities such as France, Angola, Mozambique and South Africa, reports Meios e Publicidade. Santos said content will not be limited only to TV but will also be available on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Whatsapp.
