Canal Plus starts campaign to migrate 1 mln French customers to higher tariff

Wednesday 10 January 2018 | 10:43 CET | News
Canal Plus is writing to around 1 million of its existing French customers on legacy offers to communicate tariff migration towards an enhanced TV package, costing an additional EUR 5 on their monthly subscription. Investigating the changes, consumer issues magazine '60 Millions de consommateurs' said that Canal Plus will apply the new pricing unless customers ask specifically to remain on their existing plan. The legacy offers targeted by this migration include former Canalsat Panorama packages and subscriptions to the standalone Canal Plus channel.
