CanalSat signs exclusive for Eurosport in France

French broadcaster TF1 and media conglomerate Vivendi have signed an exclusive agreement for Discovery and TF1's Eurosport and Eurosport 2 channels to be carried by Canalsat starting this spring. L'Equipe writes that CanalSat will have to pay an exclusivity premium for the advantage of being the only service with the sports channels. CanalSat offers the two HD channels as part of its Panorama bundle. Their availability on Orange TV is set to end.
