Cape Verde mobile users up 6% year-on-year in Q3 2021

The total number of active mobile Sim cards in Cape Verde reached 583,679 in September 2021, representing a 6 percent increase year-on-year and accounting for a 104 percent penetration rate. According to data published by the Multisectoral Economic Regulatory Agency (ARME), the fixed telephony service had 53,103 subscribers (-8%), corresponding to a 9 percent penetration rate.
