Cape Verde sees 7% drop in active mobile users to 549,858 at end June

The total number of active Sim cards in Cape Verde in June amounted to 549,858, a decrease of 7 percent compared to the first quarter of 2019 and down 5 percent year-on-year, for a 99 percent penetration rate. According to data published by the Multi-sectoral Regulatory Agency for the Economy (ARME), 524,231 of the Sim cards were prepaid and 25,627 postpaid.
