CAT ruling allows BT landline overcharging case to go to trial

BT said it would continue to defend itself against a claim of overcharging landline-only customers, following a preliminary ruling by the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) on the procedural matter of certification for a proposed class action claim.
