Celcom establishes test site for 5G network in Putrajaya

Celcom Axiata has participated in 'Malaysia's 1st 5G Showcase', which took place between 18 and 21 April. As one of the members of the 5G Taskforce formed in November 2018 by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission, the operator also announced that a test site for 5G network has already been established in Putrajaya. In the upcoming showcase, Celcom plans to demo its capability through a few use cases which include a hologram dialogue, autonomous self-driving car and immersive conference.
