Cell C complies with ICASA consumer charter regulations

South African operator Cell C says its now fully compliant with ICASA's End-User and Subscriber Service Charter regulations that come into effect at the end of February 2019. They require all operators to provide certain parameters to services like data transfer, data roll-over, and out-of-bundle data charge and usage notifications.
