Cell C issues ZAR 3.3 bln in notes

South African operator Cell C says it has successfully completed the issue of approximately ZAR 3.3 billion of new First Priority Senior Secured Notes. They will supplement approximately ZAR 2.2 billion of existing First Priority Senior Secured Notes, according to MyBroadband News. The new euro notes have an identical maturity date to the existing ones, which is July 2018, and the same coupon, of 8.625 percent.
