Cell C offers low-cost data for new Black VoD service, runs Black Friday usage offers, signs Fox deal

South Africa operator Cell C has launched low-cost prepaid data bundles to allow users to stream content from its new Black video-on-demand platform. Rates start at ZAR 0.1 per megabyte. Contract subscribers on Cell C's Pinnacle plans get various data bundles free of charge monthly to watch Black content.
