Cell C refinances ZAR 1.4 bln of debt on better terms

South African operator Cell C says that it has refinanced ZAR 1.4 billion of debt on better terms, with loans from its biggest shareholder and a consortium of banks, Bloomberg reported. The operator is also in talks with vendors including Huawei for another facility of ZAR 1.4 billion to fund capital expenditure.
