Cell C says to fight new call termination rates

South African operator Cell C plans is planning a legal challenge to the new call termination rate regulations announced by the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (Icasa). CEO Jose dos Santos told MyBroadband Conference that it has no choice but to challenge the rates. Icasa announced the finalised regulations on 29 September after the High Court struck down its previous call termination rate regulations as unlawful and invalid.
