Cellcom Israel receives approval for indirect investment in IBC

Cellcom Israel said it has received all the required regulatory approval from the Israeli authorities for its indirect co-investment with the Israel Infrastructure Fund (IIF) in IBC Israel Broadband Company. Cellcom said the transaction is expected to close over the coming weeks, subject to the fulfillment of all other conditions.
