Central interested in MVNO deal with CAT

Thai retail conglomerate Central Group is in talks with state-owned communications provider CAT Telecom on establishing an MVNO. Central wants to provide mobile services as an MVNO on CAT's network, the Bangkok Post writes citing CAT chief executive Kittisak Sriprasert. Central is planning to bundle mobile promotional packages with customer privileges for its retail stores and B2S bookstores. Benefits may also cover Central's credit card and the Robinson 1 Card. Meanwhile, handset distributors M Link and 365 Communication are also interested in an MVNO deal. 365 Communication has MVNO
