CenturyLink ends 2017 with BRL 1 bln in revenue in Brazil

CenturyLink (formerly Level 3) ended 2017 with a revenue of BRL 1 billion in Brazil, an increase of 11.1 percent compared to 900 million in 2016, reports Teletime. According to the president of the operator in Brazil, Marcus Malfatti, the result represents 1.2 percent of the company's total revenues, amounting to USD 24 billion last year. Malfatti said that although the result is positive, there is a lot of potential for the company to grow in Brazil, since its revenue represents between 3-4 percent of the national market.
