CeTel chooses AfricaSat-1a for VSAT services

Central European Telecom Services (CeTel) has signed an agreement to provide pan-African C-band VSAT satellite services via the AfricaSat-1a satellite at 46.0 degrees East. AfricaSat-1a's high-power and look angles, combined with Measat's customised services, were defining factors in CeTel's selection.
