CGI appoints new CEO

IT services provider CGI has appointed George Schindler its new CEO from 1 October. Schindler, currently the company's CFO, will succeed Michael Roach, who will retire from 30 September after serving more than 10 years in that position. He will remain however on the CGI board of directors.
