US cable operator Charter Communications completed its repositioning under the Spectrum brand in Q2 but has yet to see a substantial improvement in customer numbers since its acquisitions of Time Warner Cable and Brighthouse Networks. The group lost another 90,000 residential TV subscribers in the quarter, and broadband and voice net additions also slowed, to respectively 231,000 and 14,000. Residential ARPU was down 0.3 percent year-on-year to USD 109.46.
