Charter planning new notes offering

Charter is planning a new offering of senior unsecured notes due 2030, to form part of the same series of 4.750 percent notes issued in October worth USD 1.35 billion and USD 500 million. The money raised will be used to fund potential share buybacks and to pay back debt. This may include all or a portion of the 3.579 percent senior secured notes due 2020.
