Charter prices USD 1.2 billion notes offering

US cable operator Charter Communications has priced an offering of USD 1.2 billion worth of senior unsecured notes due 2032, bearing interest at a rate of 4.750 percent per annum. Money raised from the transaction will go towards general corporate purposes, including the funding of potential share buybacks or paying down debt.
