Charter prices USD 1.5 bln offering

Charter Communications has priced USD 1.5 billion worth of senior secured notes. The offering includes USD 1.0 billion worth of notes due February 2028, bearing interest at 3.750 percent per year and USD 500 million worth of notes due May 2047 bearing an interest of 5.375 percent per year.
