Charter prices USD 3.0 billion worth of notes

US operator Charter Communications has priced USD 3.0 billion worth of notes, including USD 1.0 billion worth of senior secured notes due 2032, USD 650 million worth senior secured notes due 2051 and USD 1.35 billion worth of senior secured notes due 2061. Charter will use the proceeds raised to fund potential buybacks and to pay down debt.
