Charter says most employees earn at least USD 18/hour, on way to USD 20/hour goal

Charter Communications said it has reached a new milestone in its commitment to raising its minimum starting wage to USD 20 per hour for all employees in 2022. The company said virtually all of its current and newly hired salaried and hourly employees now earn at least USD 18 per hour, including target commissions. The salary comes on top of company-paid benefits, including medical, life and disability, education and training, and retirement plan.
