Chellomedia buys stake in Bosnian broadcaster OBN

Chellomedia, the international content company owned by Liberty Global, acquired a 40 percent stake in OBN, a free-to-air broadcast network in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The investment in OBN will form part of Chellomedia's operations in Central Europe (Chello Central Europe), where the company has an existing portfolio of 13 channels as well as an advertising sales business (At Media). The portfolio includes Minimax, Sport1 and Spektrum, and a joint venture with MGM. Acquiring a position in the Bosnian market will enable Chello Central Europe to create a hub for launching additional pay
