Chilean operators commit to fair competition in buildings

Chilean telecommunications operator signed an agreement with the telecoms services regulator Subtel to adopt best practices in helping residential users opt for the telecom provider of their choice in their apartment buildings. The operators which signed the agreement are Entel, Claro, VTR and DirecTV. In November 2014, the Lower House approved a law that gives residential users the right to choose the telecoms operator of their choice in the buildings where they live.
