China smart assistant device installed base to soar to 5.8 bln by 2023

The installed base of smart assistant devices in China will surge to 5.8 billion by 2023, around twice that of the US, according to the latest study from Canalys. The installed base encompasses both built-in and compatible devices and the expected growth is attributed to a large population and household base, coupled with consumers with increasing means and enthusiasm to adopt emerging IoT trends.
