China Telecom starts recruiting new head for Kazakshtan branch

China Telecom Global has announced a vacancy for a head of its representation in Kazakhstan, reports Profit.kz. The new head of the branch will take on responsibility for increasing the brand's reputation in the market, and for relations with state institutions, customers and partners.
