China Telecom to launch CTExcel MVNO in Hong Kong

Thursday 30 March 2017 | 14:31 CET | News
China Telecom Global has received a license from Hong Kong's Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA). The license allows China Telecom Global to offer MVNO services in Hong Kong. China Telecom Global has expanded its mobile network footprint into Hong Kong with its CTExcel brand, providing customers with access to 4G networks around the world through a single SIM card. Hong Kong is the fourth international market where China Telecom Global has introduced its CTExcel service, following the service launch in the UK in 2012, France in 2013 to cover the European region, and the US in 2015.
