China Unicom deploys ZTE's Magic Radio 4G LTE

ZTE's Magic Radio network optimisation platform was deployed by China Unicom to help the operator achieve a 50 percent spectral gain on its 4G LTE network in Fujian province and deliver mobile internet to end-users. ZTE's Magic Radio technology allows part of the carrier's GSM network bandwidth to be released for the 4G/LTE network.
