Ciel Telecom enters mobile market as MVNO over SFR network

French fixed-line operator Ciel Telecom, which targets the SMEs and independent professionals, has signed an agreement with mobile network operator SFR to become an MVNO on its network. France Mobiles reports that Ciel Telecom has launched subscriptions with no commitment or a one-year contract term, starting at EUR 5.80 for 30 minutes of calls a month. The new MVNO allows clients to pay separately for calls, SMS and internet/e-mail, rather than having to sign up for all-inclusive plans they many not really need.
