Cincinnati Bell gets new CEO

Cincinnati Bell has announced a new CEO. Leigh Fox will succeed Ted Torbeck, who will retire at the end of May. Fox's appointment has been approved by the board of directors. Torbeck has led Cincinnati Bell as CEO since January 2013. He will after his retirement, remain a member of the company's board of directors and help ensure a smooth transition. Fox joined the company in July 2001, most lately service and COO. Cincinnati Bell reiterated its financial guidance for 2017, saying it still expects revenues at USD 1.2 billion and adjusted EBITDA at USD 295 million, plus or minus 2 percent.
