Cinedigm buys OTT AVoD channel network Future Today for USD 60 mln

Digital content distribution specialist Cinedigm has signed an agreement to acquire Future Today, OTT platform and ad-based VoD (AVoD) channel network, for GBP 45 million in cash and GBP 15 million in Cinedigm common stock. The deal is expected to close in Q2 2019, subject to customary closing conditions.
