Cisco expands capacity of Rio Operations Centre for Olympics

Cisco and the City Hall of Rio de Janeiro have partnered to expand the activities of the Rio Operations Centre (COR) during emergencies and major events such as the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Through Cisco's Instant Connect technology, the COR Mobile Unit (UM-COR) can connect from anywhere in the city with operators at the HQ of the Operations Centre in Cidade Nova, instantly, reliably and securely.
