CITC says Saudi operators offer higher download speed in Q1

Saudi mobile operators provided an average download speed of 32.2 Mbps in Q1 2019, a rise of 12.2 percent quarter-on-quarter (QoQ), Argaam reported citing Communications and Information Technology Commission's (CITC) Meqyas quarterly report. STC delivered the highest average performance at 38 Mbps, an 8 percent QoQ increase. Zain Saudi improved its speed by 19 percent to an average of 29.4 Mbps and Mobily by 18 percent to 30.7 Mbps.
