Citrix Systems cuts Q1 guidance

Citrix Systems announced that first-quarter results will come in lower than expected. CEO Mark Templeton said the company underestimated the impact on sales from its restructuring and changes to the field and channel strategies. Foreign exchange volatility also impacted results and customer-buying behavior to a larger extent than anticipated in the quarter. Revenue for the quarter is now expected at USD 755-760 million, below the company's previous guidance of USD 780-790 million. Net income will total USD 0.15-0.17 per share, versus an earlier estimate of USD 0.20-0.22. Adjusted EPS is now
