CityFibre files appeal against Ofcom's decision on Openreach FTTP offer

CityFibre, UK wholesale full-fibre infrastructure provider, has filed an appeal with the Competition Appeal Tribunal (CAT) against a decision by Ofcom to approve Openreach's proposed FTTP offer.
