CityFibre launches Gigabit network in Huddersfield

Tuesday 19 January 2016 | 11:06 CET | News
UK fibre infrastructure provider CityFibre has completed the construction of its ultra-fast, pure fibre network in Kirklees. As a result, businesses in Huddersfield now have access to Gigabit internet connections. Over 400 businesses have registered their interest in services from the network, which took 10 months to build. The Kirklees CORE will also provide services to 176 Kirklees council sites, including government offices, schools, youth centres and council departments. The first partner to deliver services over the network is Abzorb.
