CityFibre raises GBP 16.5 million through AIM listing

UK fibre optic infrastructure provider CityFibre Infrastructure Holdings has raised around GBP 16.5 million, before expenses, after its ordinary shares were admitted for trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange. The funds were raised through the issue of 27.65 million Ordinary Shares. The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue at Admission is 52.32 million giving the Group a market capitalisation of around GBP 31.4 million at the Issue Price. CityFibre will use the proceeds to expand its fibre optic infrastructures, by connecting businesses, local government and consumer
