CJ Hellovision shareholders approve takeover by SK Telecom

Shareholders of CJ Hellovision, a South Korean channels and internet TV services provider, have agreed to the company's takeover by SK Telecom, The Korea Times reports. Around 97 percent of CJ Hellovision, equivalent to 75.2 percent of the total, who attended the meeting have voted in favor of the takeover at a meeting on 28 February.
