Claro Brasil introduces Msngr application

Brazilian operator Claro has introduced Msngr, a new instant messaging service to compete with WhatsApp, Viber, WeChat and others. The product is aimed at group conversations. Customers of the operator do not pay data for the application. There is already a version for Android phones, and a version for the iPhone is under development.
