Claro Brasil upgrades plans for SMEs

Claro Brasil, which owns the brands Claro, Net and Embratel, is reformulating its offers for the SME market with view to increasing its share of the market. Companies signing up for Claro Total have a 30-day cooling off period with no penalty for cancellation. The plan offers unlimited call minutes to any operator in Brazil, shared internet for all lines, unlimited WhatsApp, unlimited on-net SMS, special rates for international calls and online back-up of up to 125 GB at no additional cost.

Net Empresas offers fixed telephony combinations (up to 8 lines), fixed broadband (speeds of up to 500 Mbps in Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro), free Wi-Fi, site builder, back-up, cloud computing and pay-TV services.

Customers porting their fixed line number to Net can contract packages starting from BRL 34.90 per month for the first three months, with one line with unlimited local calls, free smart services (call waiting, caller ID, three-way conferencing, call transfer and blocking of outgoing calls), web presence, and fixed broadband at 30 Mbps.

Claro Facil Empresa starts from BRL 55.90 per month and includes unlimited on-net calls and national minutes to all operators, data packages for internet browsing, unlimited on-net SMS and unlimited WhatsApp.
