Claro Colombia ends Sep with 15.12 mln mobile internet subs

Colombian mobile operator Claro ended the third quarter of 2014 with 15.12 million mobile broadband subscribers, up compared to 10.94 million subscribers a year before, according to official figures. Movistar occupied the second position, with 2.67 million subscribers, up compared to 2.03 million at end-Q3 2013. Tigo reached a total of 1.19 million mobile broadband subscribers, up compared to 650,000 at the end of September 2013. Colombia ended the third quarter with 19.60 million mobile broadband subscribers.
