Claro leads customer satisfaction survey in postpaid mobile

Claro Brasil said it led Anatel's most recent satisfaction survey for postpaid mobile services. The survey by Ibope questioned 89,000 residential users of broadband, fixed telephony, pay-TV and mobile telephony services. Claro was the leader among all mobile operators in the postpaid segment, with a satisfaction score of 7.83 out of 10, while in prepaid it was also first with 7.50.
