Clavister buys Omen Technologies for SEK 15 mln to enhance services with AI

Swedish cybersecurity provider Clavister has announced its acquisition of Omen Technologies for SEK 15 million, to be paid for by SEK 3.15 million in cash and by SEK 11.85 million in newly issued shares. Clavister will take over all the business and personnel of the AI-based cybersecurity provider.
