Clavister sells Chinese ops to staff for token sum

Swedish cybersecurity products provider Clavister said it has agreed to sell its Chinese operations to leading individuals at the Chinese subsidiary for a nominal CNY 100. The operation in China has roughly 20 employees and sells Clavister products, mainly to universities and the transportation segment. The Chinese arm had total revenue of SEK 6.7 million in the full year 2018 and contributed a net loss to the Clavister group.
